Narrative velocity measures how quickly a story is spreading relative to its recent baseline engagement rate. A velocity score above 3x baseline indicates exponential growth that warrants monitoring. A score above 10x baseline strongly suggests coordinated amplification rather than organic conversation. An Investigation is one intelligence run. You ask Rolli IQ the question you would normally give an analyst, and an Agent collects the data, analyzes it and returns an evidence-backed brief.
Each on-demand Agent investigation uses one Investigation, and so does each successful scheduled Agent run. Viewing, exporting or sharing a report you already have does not use one, and a run that fails because of a problem on our side is not counted.
An active Agent is a saved Agent with a recurring schedule turned on, for example a daily brief on your CEO’s reputation or a weekly competitor report. It investigates its topic on the schedule you choose and delivers the brief automatically.
Paused and deleted Agents do not count toward your plan’s limit. A one-time investigation uses an Investigation but does not count as an active Agent.
No. The Investigations included in your plan reset at the start of each monthly period, and unused ones do not carry over.
Additional Investigations you purchase are separate: they stay valid for 90 days from the purchase.
New Investigations stop until you have more capacity, and nothing is billed automatically. Your existing reports and Agents stay available. A scheduled Agent run that comes due waits for capacity; the Agent is not deleted.
To keep going you can purchase Additional Investigations as a one-time pack (50 for $99, 100 for $179, 250 for $399 or 500 for $699), valid for 90 days. You can also add an Agent, upgrade your plan, or wait for your allowance to reset at the start of your next monthly period.
Yes. On a paid plan you can add Agents without changing plans. Each Additional Agent is $99/month on monthly billing or $1,188/year on annual billing, and adds 1 active Agent and 35 Investigations a month.
When you add one part-way through a billing period, you pay a prorated amount for the rest of that period.
No. Rolli IQ does not charge per seat. The price of a plan is set by the Investigations and active Agents it includes.
Yes. An upgrade takes effect immediately: you get the higher Agent limit and the larger Investigation allowance right away, and what you have already used this month counts against the new allowance. You are charged a prorated amount for the rest of your current billing period.
Switching from monthly to annual billing is also immediate: the unused part of your month is deducted from the annual charge.
Yes. A downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing period, so you keep everything you have paid for until then.
A switch from annual to monthly billing works the same way: it begins at your annual renewal date.
Yes. You can cancel yourself from your Billing & Usage page at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period, and you keep access until then.
If you change your mind before that date, you can reactivate your plan.
No Agent is deleted. If you have more active Agents than the new plan includes, you choose which ones stay active. The others are paused when the new plan begins, and you can resume them whenever your plan has room.
If you do not choose, we keep your most recently active Agents running, pause the rest and tell you by email.
No. Annual billing is paid once a year, but Investigations are provided monthly. For example, Team on annual billing includes 200 Investigations in each monthly period, not 2,400 up front.
The allowance resets every month and unused Investigations do not roll over.

Rolli processes only publicly available social media content — content that is publicly accessible on the platforms we cover. We do not collect, store, or process private user data, private messages, direct messages, or non-public content of any kind. Our ingestion layer is strictly limited to public signals. This scope is also what makes Rolli's authenticity scoring defensible: all evidence is from public data that can be independently verified.
All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3 with HSTS enforced. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 with automatic key rotation via cloud provider KMS. Customer account data is isolated per organization — your data is never commingled with other accounts. API keys are hashed at rest.
